The next phase of the Committee's work will be the thematic discussion of agenda items, as well as the introduction and consideration of all draft resolutions and decisions that will be submitted under all disarmament and related international security agenda items.

Moderators would be expected to make introductory remarks setting the framework for the discussion, to proactively guide the discussion and to provide a summary of key points at the end of the discussion.
