One man of over 80 visited the local Red Cross office twice to contribute from his very modest pension.

The Office has made several missions to engage with local groups to establish relationships for cooperation and assessing interests of victims and invited community leaders to The Hague to discuss how to coordinate the respective efforts of the Office and community leaders.

Locally, the Office of the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process convened regular coordination meetings of United Nations agencies and several extraordinary meetings on issues of special policy interest to the United Nations.

Comment by the Administration. The Tribunal held discussions with the local and Nairobi offices of the Office of Internal Oversight Services in September 2004 to set up the plan, which they will monitor throughout 2005.
