Right to and aims of education

Scotland In Scotland, education is divided into two stages primary education and secondary education.

Education in Serbia is regulated by the Ministry of Education and Science.

Their applications were rejected by the schools concerned, and on administrative appeal to the Regional Director of Education, on the ground that such exemption was not authorized under the Act.

It was the obligation of the Entities and cantons in the Federation to pass their respective laws on primary and secondary education in accordance with the above stated Law by the end of 2003.
