Should the need arise, additional addenda to the compendium containing any draft decision(s) forwarded by the COP at its eleventh session (COP 11) to the COP MOP at its first session would be issued during the session.

The recommendation by the Executive Board and the decision by the COP MOP on such a case shall be made public.

Furthermore, the Committee shall submit its work plans to each ordinary meeting of the Conference of the Parties.
