The Panel decided that all of these claims would be individually reviewed.

The Secretariat has thus concluded that all eligible claims have been submitted.

The Panel found that the remainder of the potential claims, including all of the claims in respect of Bahraini detainees, did not meet the criteria for filing set out in decision 12 and, consequently, it did not accept these claims for filing.

As stated in paragraph 15 of the first late claims report, before commencing its review of all of the claims included in this late claims programme, the Panel undertook an electronic matching of all the late filed claims as against all of the other claims filed with the Commission.

To date, approximately 20 billion has been made available to Governments and international organizations for distribution to successful claimants in all categories of claims.

Services in all these churches are performed in the language of the majority of their believers.

Under the terms of the 1947 peace treaty with the Allies, Italy relinquished all claims to Libya.

(n) Claim means a right to the performance of a non monetary obligation other than a right in tangibles under a negotiable document.

Kuwait has stated that it has a moral responsibility for all of the deceased detainees and their families and it has therefore filed all of the deceased detainee claims.

All claim areas, except Peter I Island, are sectors, the borders of which are defined by degrees of longitude.

The Governing Council determined that all of the claims were to be filed with the Commission by 31 March 2004.

This adjustment has been made to all of the eligible category C claims in the fourth instalment.

The Panel finds that all of the competing Pakistani claims meet the eligibility requirements established by the Governing Council and can therefore participate in this late claims programme.

All of the competing claimants were interviewed during the technical missions to Kuwait and Jordan.

As noted above, all 603 claims were filed by Kuwait pursuant to decision 12.
