Intergovernmental processes at the onset of the Water for Life Decade

For us, it was the Great Patriotic War a sacred war against enslavement, for life and for the independence of our peoples.

UN Water is coordinating activities for the Water for Life Decade, 2005 2015.

The strong message is that the political momentum for development life and dignity for all which has grown this year, must be maintained and strengthened.
