The Republican Rehabilitation Centre provides appropriate vocational training and rehabilitation services to the persons with disabilities.

Rehabilitation encompasses counselling, training in self care, provision of aids and devices, specialized education, vocational rehabilitation and others.

Currently there are 2 occupational rehabilitation centres in Latvia the Republican Rehabilitation Centre (RRC) and the Vocational Training and Rehabilitation Centre (VTRC) Alsviķi.

These programmes are run by vocational rehabilitation centres and every trainee receives a monthly stipend.
