In the case of undue delay, the person affected can complain to the court that is handling the matter.

In paragraph 167, the Board recommended and the Administration agreed to implement the strategic deployment stocks accounting guidelines without any undue delay.

He also calls upon the Government to ensure that persons detained or under investigation are not subjected to ill treatment or torture, and that their trials are conducted in a fair manner without undue delay.

Investigation into allegations of undue remuneration of an intern

Undue administrative cost and burden must be carefully considered.
