(e) Under Republic of Tajikistan labour law, all citizens have equal opportunities in the sphere of labour relations.

Recently adopted legislation included the new Labour Law, the Law on Labour Protection, a number of regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers on employment and labour protection and the Administrative Procedure Law.
