Non post costs

The non post requirements would provide for general temporary assistance, consultants, overtime, official travel of staff, contractual services, general operating expenses, supplies and materials and furniture and equipment for both CEB secretariat offices.

The increase in non post resources relates mainly to estimated requirements under contractual services and general operating expenses to cover the Office of Internal Oversight Services share of centrally provided data processing support costs.

The amount of 896,300 for non post requirements, including an increase of 107,100, relates to an increase for overtime ( 6,600) consultants and experts ( 584,300, including an increase of 10,000) provision for travel of staff ( 176,500) provision for contractual services ( 38,400) an increase for supplies and materials ( 25,500) and an increase for office automation equipment ( 65,000).

So, while US states compete with the center for power, in Europe they increasingly compete with each other.

Estimated costs for the six posts and related non post requirements would amount to 945,400.
