The main goal of this project is promote sustainable natural resource management by giving local communities rights to wildlife management and tourism.

These training have provided opportunities to enable women to gain access to human rights training, business skills, management and a host of other trainings.

Security Council reform must occur simultaneously with the establishment of the human rights council and the peacebuilding commission, and with United Nations management reforms.

We will support efforts to take action on the Human Rights Council, the Peacebuilding Commission, a counter terrorism strategy and convention and management reform.

23.31 Based on the same report, which included a series of recommendations pertaining to executive management and strategic planning for and oversight of the human rights programme, the organizational structure under executive direction and management will be streamlined as described below

(a) In an effort to widen the pool of candidates interested in the subject of human rights, the High Commissioner had recommended that the Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) establish a human rights occupational group.

23.28 Executive direction and management consists of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights at Geneva and the New York office.

It focused on the new Civil Code, concepts under legislation related to women's rights, human relations, public management and democracy, contemporary unionism, science and technology.

Innovation management is the management of innovation processes.

The resource requirements will be used for internal and external training, mainly in the areas of communications and information technology, electoral process, ground transportation, engineering, management skills, disarmament, demobilization and reintegration, human rights, HIV AIDS, security and training management and for language courses.

It includes the following core modules document management, document imaging, records management, collaboration and digital assets management.

It also prohibits circumvention of technological measures for the protection of works (Article 11) and unauthorized modification of rights management information contained in works (Article 12).

Respecting human rights and protecting vulnerable forest dependent people are important elements of sustainable forest management and the creation of an enabling environment for poverty alleviation.

Without the full recognition of these rights and the implementation of corrective measures at all levels, any attempt to achieve sustainable forest management would be futile.

It is from that perspective that I will offer my delegation's comments on three core areas contained in the outcome document management, human rights and peacebuilding.

23.29 The Office of the High Commissioner provides overall executive direction, management, policy guidance and leadership for the implementation of the United Nations human rights programme.
