The following regulations are strictly enforced

At the same meeting, Mr. Bernard Kessedjian, Chairperson Rapporteur of the Intersessional open ended working group to elaborate a draft legally binding normative instrument for the protection of all persons from enforced disappearance, introduced the report of the Working Group (E CN.4 2005 66).

(d) Diplomatic assurances are not legally binding.

Trying to have those rules enforced is hardly censorship.

The law against genital mutilation was now being enforced.

Legally constraining this capacity would be self defeating.

Such software can be legally distributed without restrictions.

Legally no one can interfere with this right.

However, this practice would not be legally binding.

Article 19 was primarily intended to prevent enforced disappearances, obligating States parties to ensure the proper functioning of services that might otherwise unwittingly abet an enforced disappearance.

The policy is enforced at the provincial level through fines.

Determined to combat impunity for the crime of enforced disappearance,

States have a responsibility to prevent and combat enforced disappearances.

They are predictable, widely known and consistently enforced, without discrimination.
