The second issue was a blatant error concerning glaciers that appeared in a major IPCC report.

It is also of key importance that the report addresses the issue of system wide coherence.

This autumn, the European Commission is scheduled to issue a progress report on accession negotiations with Turkey.

This issue, which was addressed in the 2004 report, is also dealt with in section V below.

The next report should clearly address the issue of female genital mutilation, if it existed in Gabon.
