The resulting net requirements ( 19,859,720) are financed from the reimbursement of support costs pertaining to technical cooperation and other services. Details related to technical cooperation delivery and support cost income estimates are shown in tables 1 and 2(b).

The component provided technical support for the establishment of a National Independent Electoral Commission and coordinated Mission activities in support of the electoral process.

In countries with specific water quality problems, UNICEF will provide advice and technical support as necessary.

As regards the necessary technical support, this issue is currently dealt with under a PHARE project.
