As of 30 September 2005, an amount of 70,531,800 has been committed with respect to that programme, representing 67 per cent of the total approved costs of 105,705,100.

Such adjustments reflect, in particular, the fluctuations in vacancy rates and standard costs, inflation and exchange rates as compared with the assumptions used for establishing the approved budget.
