ويخضع التسليم للشروط الأخرى المنصوص عليها في قانون الدولة التي يقدم إليها طلب التسليم.	Extradition shall be subject to the other conditions provided by the law of the requested State.
وستواصل كوبا مساندة طلب التسليم المشروع الذي قدمته جمهورية فنزويلا البوليفارية.	Cuba will continue to support the legitimate request for extradition presented by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

تعترف الدول الأطراف التي لا تجعل التسليم مرهونا بوجود معاهدة بأن هذه الجرائم قابلة لتسليم مرتكبيها فيما بينها طبقا للشروط المنصوص عليها في قانون الدولة التي يقدم إليها طلب التسليم.	States parties which do not make extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty shall recognize such offences as extraditable offences between themselves subject to the conditions provided by the law of the requested State.

3 طلب تسليم شخص لتقديمه إلى المحاكمة الجنائية أو تطبيق عقوبة عليه، في حالة الاشتباه في أن طلب التسليم له علاقة بأصول الشخص العرقية أو نوع جنسه أو ديانته أو جنسيته أو معتقداته السياسية	(3) The purpose of the request for extradition is the criminal prosecution or punishment of the person whose extradition is requested on the grounds of race, sex, religion, nationality or political convictions

6 كون الفعل المرتكب الذي يشكل أساس طلب التسليم يستوجب المعاقبة بالسجن لفترة تقل عن عام واحد بموجب القانون الجنائي لجمهورية بيلاروس أو القانون الجنائي للدولة الأجنبية	(6) The punishment for committing the act that is the grounds for the extradition request, in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus or the criminal legislation of the foreign State, is provided for in the form of imprisonment for a period of less than one year
