The President Draft resolution VII is entitled Enhancement of international cooperation in the field of human rights .

This draft resolution aims to promote disarmament endeavours in the area of conventional disarmament at the regional and subregional levels.

We welcome in that regard adoption of resolution 59 313 entitled A strengthened and revitalized General Assembly .
