During the reporting period, the Executive Director of UN Habitat and the President of the World Bank held consultations and agreed to establish a cooperation agreement to provide greater coherence to urban development interventions at the country level.

For the purpose of its proper functioning, the status, privileges and immunities of the International Olive Council, of its Executive Director, senior officials and other staff of its Executive Secretariat, of experts and of the delegations of the Members in the territory of Spain shall be governed by a Headquarters Agreement.

The SBI also invited the Host Government and the Executive Secretary to report on further progress with the implementation of the Headquarters Agreement at its twenty fourth session (May 2006).

An official of the secretariat designated by the Executive Secretary shall serve as secretary to the Executive Board.
