It is our belief that there must be a seamless web of justice throughout the world.

We must do away with violence.

We must care about this issue.

We do not have to look elsewhere we must look to ourselves.

While we on the outside can and must assist, we must remember that the impetus for development must come from within the country or region at issue.

We agree with the view that the membership of the Council should be expanded in both the permanent and the non permanent categories. The draft resolution provides a democratic basis for expanding the membership in which, we believe, the Group of Arab States should be represented at all times.

It is on this totality of factors that we must focus.

But we must encourage the peaceful use of nuclear energy for development.

But we must also proceed to address the outstanding ones.

We need to be in that realm. I want to do stuff like that.

We have to start changing legislation.

So, what do we architects need to do? We need to stitch back creation and execution.

We must therefore restore to the Assembly a central place in our multilateral system.

To continue that joint forward movement, we must all recognize realistic needs and responsibilities.

And for this very reason we must all support institutions such as the International Criminal Court.

I mean, for example, none of us, probably, want to go to prison, but we all think that there are some people who should go to prison. Right?

We need to engage and find ways of offering guidance to these young people, because they are a remarkable breed.

But we have to have these priority changes, we have to have infrastructure to go with this.

Given the significance of that body, we believe that the optimal composition must be adopted on the basis of broad agreement.

It means we've got to get out of here.
