States should not underestimate or take for granted the quiet, but useful, work that organizations like the OSCE do to make the world a safer place.

We can never take the place of our partners or do what they can do better.

We have failed grievously in the past and must never do so again.

It's achievable. We should do it economically, we should do it morally, and we should do it for quality of life.

That is exactly what we have been doing, both bilaterally and through the European Union vis à vis the African Union (AU).

We aren't going to do that.

Instead, we must challenge the orthodoxy of Kyoto. We can do better.

Why wouldn't we do that?

We tried to do that.

We can do it.

Runners can travel and train individually on the best tracks.

So doing that globally.

It is our duty to do so.

So we should do it.

To do otherwise is to surrender not only our freedom, but our hopes for better lives.

Today, these people need help and we can help them, why not do it. The question is not why are we doing this, it is more like why are we not doing more.

We should do so now.

Now, please let us do it.

We are prepared to do this.

Helps us do our jobs better, and helps us feel better when we do them.

If all of us were more conscious of the fear that we carry inside of us, it will make for better communication all around.

Basically what we need to do is replace cells in those few areas of the brain that lose cells at a respectable rate, especially neurons, but we don't want to replace them any faster than that or not much faster anyway, because replacing them too fast would degrade cognitive function.

We must do better.

Above all, they would insist more often that their counterparties be well capitalized.

Why do they do that? Well we all do the same thing.

And we're doing it without a sales and marketing team.

Oh, we don't do that here in Spain.

Well, we do exactly that all the time.

The question is what to do about it.

Justice, solidarity and peace require that we do this.

If we do more in a kind of a stupid way, the simplicity gets complex and, in fact, we can keep on doing it for a very long time.

Unless we do that better, fewer people will vote for MEPs, more of them will be elected simply on a protest vote and represent Europe s murky extremes, and the whole practice and principle of European democracy will be discredited.

But luckily, as my favorite action hero, Bob the Builder, says, We can do better. We can build this better.

This is especially true where there is broad agreement about the best policy to deal with the crisis.

In addition, peacebuilding projects should make the best possible use of local human resources and local ownership.

We, the peoples of the United Nations, must do what is required to bequeath to the next generations a better future.

We also hope to do so here in the General Assembly.

We can do it, and we must do it.

Components should be restarted before they fail, and designed to make this option available or better yet, do it automatically.

And we need to think about how we can do that effectively.

The challenges of the twenty first century demand that we should do so.

To do so, we need mentoring and support.

We can do it here, at this organizational meeting.

We must do this, not least for Africa's sake.

In addition, several new processes have been implemented to enable better monitoring of funds advanced to implementing partners.
