During the period covered by this Report, a series of affirmative actions for women were taken.

For example, there continues to persist the attitude that affirmative actions are discriminatory.

Many positive results could have been attributed to other work environment conditions, and many negative results (reduced cancer rates) also occurred.

The proposal also entailed the addition of a new item of the agenda, entitled Preparations for the 10 year review of progress on the implementation of the outcome of the twentieth special session .

Section III Public Affirmative Actions and Policies of this regulation deals with the establishment, by federal higher level education institutions, of a system to set aside vacancies for public schools students.

This assertion is further maintained to the effect that positive rights are costly, while it is without economic consequences for the State to abstain from certain acts.
