1.201 The goal of Common Services is to maintain the functioning of the Agency through sound legal support, cost effective and efficient management, policy analysis, effective fund raising and outreach to external interlocutors.

The local councils also need sustained support to improve their capacity to deliver basic services to the population.

This support is financed through reimbursement by the entities receiving those services.

These issues are addressed by providing education and employment opportunities and leadership trainings.

The existing portfolio of development projects and services only provision will continue to evolve over the next two years.
