A wide range of economic, social and environmental factors affect the health, gender equality and participation of socially vulnerable groups in society.

It begins by asking the user what kinds of activities they are concerned about preserving their skills at, and then a series of exercises ranks the mind in a number of different categories.

While a range of approaches was used for the distribution of nets, the focus remained on promoting access among the most at risk groups.
