I think that is the first conclusion that emerges from this debate.

It also has a regional emphasis that is unique in this debate.

The debate revolves around two major issues austerity and integration.

But this debate can be just as heated.

But this must be a debate between people, and within people.

But this debate misses the point.

There have been myriad academic contributions to the debate as well.

I would also like to convey my apologies, for I had not intended to speak in this debate.

We appreciate its participation in the debate and its guidance on this important issue.

It was most likely prompted solely by domestic political considerations.

A case can be made, however, for keeping discussion of the issue alive.

This debate could not be more timely.

This debate and the various parallel events related to the Millennium Development Goals reflect the extent of this mobilization.
