To establish and support working contacts with international organizations involved in combating terrorism, separatism and extremism.

In 2005 a new Law on Labor Relations was adopted.

To my mind, the Sub Commission should seek to develop working links with organizations such as the International Labour Organization, the World Health Organization and development agencies.

If it is employment, then all employees will have the same rights defined for working relations, and labour regulations and work contracts will define the salary levels in such case.

Despite the fact that the Law On the Medical and Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities prohibits to discriminate the persons with disabilities in respect of employment, as well as that the Labour Law, which directly prohibits discrimination of persons with disabilities in establishing and during the employment relationships, there are cases when employers are not willing to establish employment relations with persons with disabilities.

As far as the normative dimension is concerned, the work of ILO focuses on the application and promotion of international labour standards, namely international labour conventions, which are binding, and international labour recommendations, which are non binding.
