To intensify our efforts to achieve a comprehensive reform of the Security Council in all its aspects.

To intensify our efforts to fight transnational crime in all its dimensions, including trafficking as well as smuggling in human beings and money laundering.

We reaffirm our commitment to cooperate with the United Nations in implementing the Programme of Action, and, as a nation dedicated to world peace and stability, we are determined to intensify our efforts to address the issue of small arms and light weapons.

Secondly, world leaders at the Millennium Summit in 2000 resolved to intensify efforts to achieve a comprehensive reform of the Security Council in all its aspects (resolution 55 2, para. 30), thus declaring their political intention to achieve results.

We will focus our efforts at three levels.

The search activities must be intensified.

So far, our efforts have not been sufficient.

Such efforts should be intensified.

There still remain constraints on our efforts to develop.

The principles of humanitarian action must guide our efforts.

E. Redoubling the search for durable solutions

The message is clear let us keep our partnership alive while redoubling our efforts.

Our efforts should propel this issue to fruition.

But the positive momentum for reconciliation must be intensified.

The crisis has also intensified political problems.

Greater effort is being devoted to the tracking and apprehension of fugitives.

We urge Member States to intensify these efforts.

To redouble our efforts to implement our commitment to counter the world drug problem.

Terrorism has seriously undermined our socio economic development efforts.

We must not be complacent in our efforts to collectively tackle those challenges.

Through our peacekeeping efforts, we have established special bonds of friendship.

The legacy of our efforts will continue to be determined during the sixtieth session of the General Assembly.

It is our intention, however, to accelerate our efforts, to think outside the box, by expanding our engagement with the wider United Nations system, and other relevant bodies.

There is no condensation or corrosion within the tubes.

We must join together, or else we will rip each other to shreds.

Yet the impact of our interventions has, to date, been limited.

With external financial assistance, our development efforts could be accelerated.

We must redouble our efforts and refocus our approaches.

Cooperation in economic and social fields has intensified as well.

Intensify efforts to negotiate a fissile material cut off treaty

We must continue with our efforts to find consensus in those areas.

It is now clear that the epidemic continues to outrun our efforts to contain it.

But it needs to continue to be a focus of our efforts in the future.

All our efforts to foster development could then be brought to naught.

However, notwithstanding our efforts, poverty remains endemic in Africa.

We have come a long way since the 1990s in our efforts to reform the Organization.

We will continue our efforts, with special focus on those areas.

Can all this be done? The time is ripe to renew and redouble our efforts.

All those factors bring home to us the need to redouble our efforts to reach the Millennium Development Goals.

Such abuse undermines our peace efforts and the credibility of the United Nations.

Our endeavours to resolve those conflicts and address their root causes will fail if we do not empower women.

Let us join our efforts to maintain a peaceful and serene outer space, free of weapons and warfare.

We must, therefore, enhance our efforts. What we have done until now is not enough.

We must also continue our efforts to revitalize the General Assembly and, of course, the Security Council.

Consequently, its actual role in our efforts on the ground remain very confusing to us.
