Global hands on training workshop on mitigation assessments

Posture assessment has also become quite popular in many practical environments like the personal training and sports conditioning settings.

Those experts that opt not to participate in the training have to undergo a similar assessment successfully in order to enable them to qualify for participation in expert review teams.

Preliminary steps will be taken to expedite the revision of performance evaluation reporting to provide for recording and discussing training needs and personal development plans.

Experts who attended the hands on training workshops articulated these requests to ensure that technical support is provided to them after the workshops.

The hands on training workshop on V and A assessments was held from 18 to 22 April 2005 in Maputo, Mozambique.

UNEP has provided training to an estimated 1,500 people from 140 countries in areas such as risk assessment, public participation, regulatory regimes and administrative systems.

Status of the preparation of Consultative Group of Experts reports The thematic groups of the CGE (GHG inventories, V and A assessments, mitigation and cross cutting issues) are finalizing their report on the examination of the initial national communications of non Annex I Parties.

C. Training

The Capacity Building Programme on Training in Selected International Economic Issues, which includes development of distance learning in key areas on the international economic agenda, was evaluated in 2004.

The TrainForTrade Programme attaches importance to a regional approach to training.

To evaluate the situation of the world's young people is to evaluate the future of the world.
