It is in this regard that we reiterate the New Partnership for Africa's Development view on how best to assist Africa to build its capacity to manage conflicts.

The provisional Agenda covers items of military and technical nature on the issue of MOTAPM to be discussed thoroughly at the military experts level in order to support and advise the GGE.
