Each lCER shall expire at the end of the crediting period or, where a renewable crediting period is chosen in accordance with paragraph 23 (a) above, at the end of the last crediting period of the project activity.

Each tCER shall expire at the end of the commitment period subsequent to the commitment period for which it was issued.

2. A single registration may cover one or more assignments by the assignor to the assignee of one or more existing or future receivables, irrespective of whether the receivables exist at the time of registration.

An increase of 16 posts is proposed under earmarked contributions owing to additional programme requirements arising from increased levels of contribution.

Thereafter, verification and certification shall be carried out every five years until the end of the crediting period.

D. Non budgeted contributions
