Right to a fair trial (article 14 of the Covenant)

The right to a fair and equitable trial, in which the right of defence is guaranteed.

Every person has the right to a just and fair trial in which the right to present a defence is guaranteed.

It maintains that the right to trial without undue delay is protected in two ways in Spain (i) by means of specific relief.
