When we did, our Board of Directors sided with him.

These are Security Council resolution 687 (1991) and other relevant Security Council resolutions, the criteria established by the Governing Council for particular categories of claims, and any pertinent decisions of the Governing Council .

The Governing Council referred these requests to the Panel for its determination as to whether any of the individual claims met the eligibility requirements set out in Governing Council decision 12 for filing with the Commission.

Details concerning these requests, and the Executive Secretary's recommendations to the Governing Council with respect thereto will be contained in upcoming article 41 reports to the Governing Council.
