IGMENA is the Internet Governance programme in the Middle East and North Africa of the Dutch international development organization Hivos.

Sub goal 3 is to promote a financially sound organization, which develops and implements quality programming in local governance and microfinance.

The strategies are linked to sound governance of the global ICT infrastructure, collaboration within the organization and working within the United Nations reform process.

Along with others, Hungary favours a more coherent institutional framework of international environmental governance, leading to the establishment of a United Nations environment organization.

We believe, like him, that these reforms will enhance the credibility of the Organization and good governance within it, and will increase its transparency.

It often involves assistance for institutional capacity building, economic recovery, good governance, reconciliation, rule of law, human rights and the organization of elections, among other things.

On economic governance, there was a need to see a concerted effort to address good economic governance at the global level and good corporate governance.

The third component for improving the strategy and policy making process in developing countries and economies in transition will focus on building the organization and capabilities of the system of industrial governance.

There is a strong connection among security, development and respect for human rights, democratic values and good governance in everything that we are now attempting with a view to reforming the Organization.
