The operations of international organizations in terms of lending to the rural woman entrepreneur, however, cannot cover all regions of the country.

The terms of the Bernanke Paulson bailouts were disadvantageous to taxpayers, and yet remarkably, despite their size, have done little to rekindle lending.

They have considerable flexibility, owing to a range of policy tools, including variable capital and reserve requirements and direct controls on mortgage lending terms.
