The proposals range from clustering commitments (as opposed to taking subsector specific commitments) and harmonizing all commitments for this sector to developing an understanding' on the scope of commitments under CRS.

Indeed, lending to governments and banks in the European periphery represents the European equivalent of subprime lending in the US (which was also concentrated in a few sunshine states).

But worrying signs about China s seemingly benign lending practices are emerging.

As a result, compared to the regional development banks, the Bank will be lending less to fee paying clients, who provide income, and engaging in more concessional lending, which does not.
