How to use it
The Arabic word قليل (qalīl) is the direct equivalent of 'few' or 'little'. It is used to indicate a small quantity or number. It agrees in gender and number with the noun it describes, though it is often used in the masculine singular form with a preceding preposition like من (min) to mean 'a few of'.
