Draft resolution I is entitled Report of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law on the work of its thirty eighth session .

Draft resolution I is entitled Basic Principles and Guidelines on the Right to a Remedy and Reparation for Victims of Gross Violations of International Human Rights Law and Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law .

At its 38th meeting, on 25 July, the Council adopted a draft resolution recommended by the Commission,22 entitled Basic Principles and Guidelines on the Right to a Remedy and Reparation for Victims of Gross Violations of International Human Rights Law and Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law , by a recorded vote of 43 to none, with 5 abstentions.
