ليس في هذه المادة ما يمس أي حق للمعتدى عليه أو لغيره من الأشخاص فيما قد يوجد من تعويض بمقتضى القانون الوطني.	Nothing in this article shall affect any right of the victim or other person to compensation which may exist under national law.
