The delays in implementation of the Agreement are contributing to a growing lack of public confidence in the peace process.

The Agreement consists of four protocols, two framework agreements and two annexes regarding the implementation modalities of the aforementioned protocols and framework agreements.

If the Council decides that any member is in breach of its obligations under this Agreement and decides further that such breach significantly impairs the operation of this Agreement, it may, by special vote, exclude that member from this Agreement.

The pilot phase alone would not suffice for evaluation of the entire Cooperation Agreement but would provide guidance for the implementation of that Agreement.

Australia stated that its law required an act of furtherance of the agreement for the conspiracy offence to apply.

Government forces may be tempted to think that, after the signing of the north south agreement, for which they have received much praise, the international community would not dare to put the implementation of that Agreement at risk.

In March 2009, the Green Party declared a state of environmental emergency and announced the launching of an environmental pact .

The momentum gained must continue in order to move forward with the implementation of the broad agreement achieved.

The best approach would be either to use a very general formulation, or to stress the Organization's will to move forward with the Agreement.

Even if the Doha Round cannot be concluded, there may be other routes, such as implementing what has already been agreed.

Particular attention needs to be paid to assisting the implementation of commitments agreed to in the WTO negotiating process.

While the peace process is on track, serious concerns about implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement remain.

About 7 per cent of the Trust Fund resources went to support implementation of the Agreement on Social and Economic Aspects and the Agrarian Situation.
