I should like to recall the major ones.

I would like to make a few points.

I would like to take this opportunity to announce that, in addition to those countries listed in A 60 L.24, the following Member States have added their names to the list of sponsors Israel, Italy, Mali, Singapore and the United States of America.

I should also like to draw the attention of the Assembly to the documents relating to the election.

I would like to touch upon the High level Panel's recommendations on sanctions.

I would like to make a special reference to the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and hope that States Members of the United Nations will make every possible effort to accede to or ratify this important instrument, as well as all other fundamental international human rights treaties. This report, unlike the previous year's, gives no figures.

And I'd like to thank you all.

Let me illustrate the value of that asymmetrical approach by referring to an example.

I would also invite Britain and France to stage a comeback in terms of participating in strengthening Asia s security.

I would note that my country has also adopted national legislation and regulations relating to those instruments.

Before concluding, I would like to draw your attention to the DPRK issue.

I should like to touch on a few issues relating to the humanitarian crisis in Africa.

I would like to thank the President of the Assembly for convening this meeting.

Today, our social policy has seven pillars, some of which I would like to touch on.

I would like to underscore our conviction that terrorists do not belong to any one country or religion.

That, however, did not mean reinstating the need for a declaration of exceptional risk.

Let me also note that this proposal would enable countries of the South to become permanent members.

I wish to reiterate my country's conviction that the Council needs to be more representative, transparent and efficient.

I would like to point out that Russia was already fully complying with all provisions of amended Protocol II.

I would like to give the floor to members of the Conference who have asked to address the plenary meeting today.

I would like to add a few additional comments.
