كما اقترح إدراج مقاييس إضافية تتعلق بأهمية إدماج إدارة الأداء ضمن سياق أوسع لإطار قائم على الكفاءات.

It also suggested including additional benchmarks that made reference to the importance of integrating performance management into the larger context of a competency framework.

6. Requests the Commission, when conducting its review of the pay and benefits system, to bear in mind necessity for performance management systems to be fair and transparent;
