I would nonetheless like to make the following additional remarks in our national capacity.

Let me answer that it is certainly in transition.

Let me illustrate the value of that asymmetrical approach by referring to an example.

I wish to support and complement the work of that procedure.

I wish to recall once again that that was done on the initiative of my country.

I wish in that regard to stress the following aspects of recent developments in the Committee's work.

I wish to assure that you can fully rely on Slovakia's support in that regard.

I would like to take this opportunity to renew my call upon those that have not yet done so to submit their reports without delay.

I would just like to recall that, at the end of that meeting, the delegation of Egypt requested the Chairman to convene consultations last week.

A judge or court, however, must confirm such an order, immediately.

It did so once the concerns it had expressed had largely been taken into account by the country that prepared the original text, and I should like to thank that delegation for the flexibility it demonstrated.

Let me conclude by reiterating that the SADC region remains united in its commitment to work towards the collective achievement of the Millennium Development Goals through partnerships among its own members and with the rest of the world.

Yesterday, a number of points were made with regard to nuclear weapons, and I would like to make a few additional comments in that respect.
