This is a list of island countries.

They continue to be marginalized.

These costs are somewhat lower in developing countries.

These countries included the USSR and all the Comecon members.

Most of these countries are implementing MB phase out projects, while several have recently started projects after these data were compiled.

Expanding the knowledge base of scientists from developing countries is critical for their full enjoyment of the rights set out in the Convention.
