The articles of the working paper are reproduced in the present report to facilitate its reading. The Chairperson suggested amendments to some of these articles at the beginning of the fourth session in order to reflect the discussion at the third session as well as the informal consultations he had held after that session.

At its thirty third session, the Committee's pre sessional working group met for five days prior to the plenary session to assist the plenary in its work under article 22.
