The Committee notes that the cost of projects under alterations improvements deferred from prior periods is estimated at 325,000 for the next biennium, while the cost of major maintenance projects deferred from prior periods totals 150,000.

At the end of this period, debtor countries may request a five year rescheduling of the deferred amounts.

Comment by the Administration. UNITAR will ensure that deferred income is recorded correctly at the closure of the biennium 2004 2005.

V. List of postponed outputs to the 1994 1995 biennium and relevant

In 1991, the principal amount of 509,330 was included under accounts receivable and deferred charges.

And the idea is that there are many things in life, particularly, delayed rewards that we're not designed to care about.
