I. Submission by a coastal State

(g) Submission of State observations Within six months of transmission of the findings, the State party must submit its observations

(a) Whether the State submitted a report pursuant to resolution 1455 (2003)

The Committee urges the State party to provide support and assistance to victims, wherever possible in their own language.

The Committee requests the State party to provide consistent information on the ethnic composition of its population.

Foreign economists and aid agencies can supply some of the ingredients, but only the country itself can provide the recipe.

The State party is invited to submit its second periodic report by April 2007.

In the absence of any information from the State party, due weight must be given to these allegations.

The transmitting State may not require those foreign persons to obtain a TIN or provide a TIN to such payors of income in the transmitting State.

In its recent products such as the 787, Boeing has also been offered direct financial support from local and state governments.

The Committee requests the State party to submit its second periodic report before 30 June 2010.

One question to be addressed is whether the State is obliged to provide subsidies for such teaching.

The Committee may ask the State party to submit information at a specified time before the next reporting session of the State concerned.

The two complaints related to different persons, one already removed from the State party's jurisdiction at the time of submission of the complaint and the other still within its jurisdiction pending removal.

If a report of the State party to the Convention, in the opinion of the Committee, does not contain sufficient information, the Committee may request that State to furnish additional information.

Finally, the Committee requests the State party to submit its second periodic report by 30 June 2010.

The Committee requests the State party to further clarify the situation regarding Amerindians in Barbados.

The Committee requests the State party to provide more detailed information on this issue in its next periodic report.

However, the point at issue in that case was the inability of the claimant State to submit evidence showing any injury.

4.3 With respect to the present case, the State party argues that no convincing information has been provided for the delay in submitting the complaint of over 1½ years.

Mexico stated that requests for judicial assistance should be submitted in the Spanish language and requests might also be submitted in the language of the requesting State, provided that they were accompanied by a translation into Spanish.

Without a state that is capable of delivering routine maternal and child health care, these children will continue to die.

The Committee reiterates these concerns and recommendations and urges the State party to proceed without delay with their implementation.

4.4 The State party also argues that the complaint discloses an abuse of the right of submission, disputing whether the complainant can be considered to have justifiable interest in having his complaint considered by the Committee.

As an exceptional measure, in order to help the State party catch up with its reporting obligations so as to be in full compliance with the Convention, the Committee invites the State party to submit its next periodic reports by 3 January 2008, due date of the fourth periodic report.

The judiciary is not under the State's control and as such the State cannot influence nor give any undertaking or assurances on behalf of the judiciary on the conduct of any judicial officer.

(b) The injured State is to be considered as having, by reason of its conduct, validly acquiesced in the lapse of the claim.

However, such payors of income would not be required to provide such information automatically to the tax authorities of the transmitting State.

The State party suggested that the Committee should invite UNMIK to submit to the Committee a supplementary report on the implementation of the Covenant in Kosovo.

The State party is invited to submit its next periodic report, which will be considered as the second, by 9 June 2007.

The right of the child from the State and society to extend medical information and services for mothers in order to raise awareness and help them improve the health of their children.

In this connection, the Committee draws the attention of the State party to its general recommendation IV (1973) on reporting by States, as well as to paragraph 8 of its reporting guidelines.

EUPM continued to support the local police in developing management hierarchies designed to improve command and control, while also assisting the State level Ministry of Security, the State Investigation and Protection Agency and the State Border Service to boost their management and operational effectiveness.

She was, however, puzzled by the State party's reluctance to provide statistics on the number of death sentences carried out, as requested by the Committee, and failed to understand why such statistics were a State secret.

The Committee therefore strongly encouraged the State party to submit its overdue periodic report as soon as possible.

The Committee requests the State party to submit its sixth periodic report by the due date of 23 July 2008.

The Committee invites the State party to submit its second, third and fourth reports in one consolidated report by 3 may 2009, i.e. 18 months before the due date of the fourth periodic report.

In such cases, the Committee shall transmit to the State party concerned, through the Secretary General, a reminder concerning the submission of such report or additional information and undertake any other efforts in a spirit of dialogue between the State concerned and the Committee.

(c) Invitation to State party to cooperate If the treaty body finds that the information is reliable, the treaty body invites the State party to cooperate in the examination of the information, including through the submission of information to the treaty body

In this connection, the Panel notes that general international law recognizes the right of a State to bring claims on the international plane against another State for damage to a national of the claimant State.

Now he wants state subsidies for faith based organizations a policy proposal that upsets his many secularist critics.

2. If necessary, the Chairperson of the subcommission shall, through the Secretariat, request clarification from the representatives of the coastal State on those matters.

The State party considers that issues of such a general nature are best dealt with by the Committee under the reporting procedure.

The State party is invited to submit its next periodic report, which will be considered as the second, by 25 June 2008.

2. Also requests the administering Power to continue its assistance for the improvement of the economic, social, educational and other conditions of the population of the Territory
