While this is recognised, there are areas for further improvement, as discussed below.

For developing countries and international organizations such as UNCTAD, it is important to identify areas of synergies and cooperation in the struggle to fight poverty.

The information on the recent decline in the number of refugees was welcome, but many areas of conflict and tension remained, and the best way to continue the improvement was to bring those conflicts to an end.

And if things need to be improved, let us do it.

However, that machinery requires further improvement.
