(v) Any buyer or other transferee (including a lessee or licensee) of the encumbered asset.

Surely , he who bears patiently and forgives indeed that is true constancy .

And whoever is patient and forgives indeed , that is of the matters requiring determination .

To exercise patience and forgive ( the wrong done to one ) is the proof of genuine determination .

And whoever is patient and forgiving , these most surely are actions due to courage .

whoever is patient and forgiving , acts with great courage and resolution .

But indeed if any show patience and forgive , that would truly be an exercise of courageous will and resolution in the conduct of affairs .

Among the categories of intangibles are claims and receivables.

The law should provide that a secured creditor's priority with respect to an encumbered asset extends to the proceeds of the asset subject to the requirements of recommendation 54.

The law should address the priority of a security right in a leased asset that is effective against third parties as against the rights of a lessee of such asset.
