The steering committee will be assisted in its role by the consultants, who will undertake the technical research and the drafting of the proposed evaluation.

The Commission believes that it is technically feasible to conduct the registration of voters and to hold the constitutional referendum in 2005.

The personnel of the UNMOVIC field office in Cyprus consist of four staff members, two at the Professional and two at the General Service level.
