Projects of technical cooperation and assistance shall take the standards contained in the Declaration fully into account.

Indeed, there are strong grounds for the US, Japan, and China to engage in areas of trilateral and other regional cooperation.

They should instead consider cooperating on concrete BMD projects.

These global forum activities in industrial statistics have been accompanied by five important technical cooperation projects to enhance national capabilities in industrial statistics.
