(f) Proposing a draft agenda for the Annual Meeting of the Special Procedures and presenting a report to the Meeting.

If you will allow me, Mr. Chairman, I will reiterate the Movement's proposal on the agenda items.

Under agenda item 7, the Conference will consider a proposal for the identification of official contact points for Governments and observers.

At its resumed 266th (organizational) meeting on 18 July 2005, the Commission continued to discuss the Chairman's proposal for the two agenda items as listed above.

A further three issues which the Committee agreed should be brought to the attention of the Conference have been proposed for consideration under agenda item 5 (c).

In the absence of convincing reasons for urgent consideration of the issue, the delegation of Armenia wished its inclusion in the General Assembly agenda to be put to the vote.

At the suggestion of the chairperson, a new item 3 was added to the agenda which the working group had adopted in 1999 for the duration of its mandate.

Our public thought is fragmented, and the country s intelligentsia, who are partly responsible for tending to society s values and goals, are behaving in often destructive ways. The live for the moment mentality of hedonism and greed that they have encouraged is embodied in Moscow s casinos, of which there are more than in the rest of Europe or, for that matter, Las Vegas.

98), the Government of Mexico, on 15 February 2005, submitted the text of a proposed revised version of article 7 for consideration by the Working Group.

We heard today a response from the United States delegation to the NAM proposal, and now we are hearing a proposal from the United States that seems to me to be a new proposal, not the Chair's proposal.

Thus, when the first part of the NAM proposal referred to non proliferation of nuclear weapons in all its aspects, that already reflected our flexibility on that agenda item.

One error is to reject a true proposition the other is to accept a false one. Let s call them RWT (reject when true) and AWF (accept when false).

At its 33rd meeting, on 20 July, on the proposal of the Vice President, Jaime Moncayo (Ecuador), the Council took note of several documents submitted under agenda item 3.

As the negotiations had not been completed on the various agenda items under which elements would be proposed for inclusion in the draft decision, the Presidency of the COP was requested to conclude on this matter.

They could compete for 20 elected seats under the Consensus proposal, rather than 14 under the group of four proposal.

We are dealing with the Chair's proposal and not with a United States proposal or any proposal from any delegation or group of delegations.

The Commission s proposal is far from perfect.
